Tips for Teen Drivers- First Time on Snow and Ice

Before you drive:

1 Gas UP, don’t get stuck on the road where access is slow and nearly impossible for emergency crews.

2 Check car fluids.

3 Make sure wipers do a good job of maintaining visibility.

4 Be sure all snow and ice is removed from outside of vehicle.

5 Inspect all tires including spare.

6 Be sure your cell is charged.

7 Check the headlights.

8 Make sure your child understands that, in bad weather, you always leave more space between him and the next car.

9 Check road alerts and weather reports.

10 Practice driving in rain first.

The kitchen is intimate but has what you need to prepare a hearty meal.

The cozy den has a large brick fireplace and comfortable sofa and loveseat to make guests feel right at home. Stoak the fire on chilly winter days or cooler summer nights. Make sure you stock up on enough wood, The extra large capacity of this fireplace promises to be an exceptional experience!

There is access to the back deck from the den. The deck is completely covered on top with white lattice which adds a nice ambience. The view from the deck is of the overall yard, complete with pine trees and more. There is also a BBQ pit in the yard.

A beatiful gas BBQ sits proudly on the deck waiting to allow guest to experience the smell of true mountain living, mixing fresh mountain air and the smell of whatever you are cooking.
