Make Time To Take The Time To Getaway

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

Where else can you drive less than an hour to 2 hours out of Los Angeles to come up to a natures winter wonderland. When was the last time you built a snowman? Have you taught you child to make a snow angel? Well, here’s your chance, Big Bear has the perfect amount of snow to bring the fond memories back, better yet, make new ones. Bring the kids up for the day or, better yet, stay a few nights.

There’s snow much fun to be had, staying an afternoon just wouldn’t be enough time to experience it all. Be adventurous, take a trip down a bobsled on the Alpine Slide, tube down the groomed snow play hill at Magic Mountain Recreational Park. Get the family together and have a snowball fight at your very own rental cabin, make a family of snow people, and don’t forget to leave your personal snow angel imprint! Good Ol’ fashioned family fun is just what is needed to bring the family together. Remember, the family that plays together, stays together.

Life gets too hectic with too many have to dos. Take time to make the time to enjoy yourselves. You will never get another today to do over. Make your time count, realize the importance of bonding with your kids.

We hear far too many times, “If I’d only taken more time to enjoy myself”, or “I’ll get around to it when I can”, trust us, the work will always be there, the office will definitely survive without you. Go ahead, go out on a limb and just take the time off or instead of spending the weekend at home doing chores, take the family to see a total change of atmosphere.

Big Bear Lake In Southern California is a treasure you will soon discover, once visited you will return again and again and we (Gold Rush Resort Rentals) will be here to welcome you anytime you choose to visit! We’re serving the warmest hospitality on the mountain, 364 (office closed on Christmas) days a year!
