One of my favorite spots to be, this time of the year, is fishing at Boulder Bay Park. Well, Cozy Condo By the Bay is a stones throw from that little park with big fish!

The Gathering Place is a beautiful two story home that sleeps eleven people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first level of this home is two bedrooms with a queen in one room and a twin and bunk bed in the second room, there’s also a den on this level with a full sofa sleeper as well as a full bathroom and laundry room.
The den offers a 40’ flat screen HD TV with a DVD player and VCR. Great for teens or children.
On the second level of this home is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom and the living room and kitchen as well as a formal dining area. The kitchen is very modern with lots to offer a lover of cooking, from new appliances to long counters with a spectacular view, to a dishwasher as well as everything needed to fix up a wonderful meal.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and has a cozy feel to it with a 20’ TV and wireless internet. There’s a deck off the living room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. This home is just a block from the lake for those who like to take a stroll after a great dinner.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8 people, is perfect for a nice relaxing getaway! The views are spectacular!! 
The price on this cabin is super affordable, especially if you’re on a fixed income!

Bear Mountain View is a cozy intimate comfort zone! There is a bedroom on the main floor, the kitchen, great room, a wrap around deck and a bathroom completes the top floor, downstairs are two bedrooms and one bath.
BBQ on the deck overlooking an awesome view, perfect time of the year. The wrap around deck 
and private hot tub is an extra special treat!
There is a brick fireplace in the main bedroom, awesome for those who want an extra touch of romance! The third bedroom has two double beds!!

We here at Gold Rush Resort Rentals have a brand new home on our program and it’s called “Bear Trap Lodge”.
This one story, one bedroom cabin sleeps two guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom. This charming home is one of our historical cabins, it was built in 1932 but has all the modern conveniences for your comfort. 
This adorable cabin has French doors off the master bedroom that leads to the hot tub. There’s also an outdoor brick BBQ with an old fashion feel to it.
This charming home has a TV with a VCR and DVD for your use as well as a stereo with CD’s . The location is convenient as it is walking distance to our village.
This little beauty is perfect for a couple on their honeymoon or anniversary or just to get away from it all.

I hope you were “On the Hill” last night to see our fireworks show! Shot off a barge in the middle of the lake, everyone went home happy! It is not too late to book your cabin for the next 4th of July!
Every year our firework show, put on by local donations and the Rotary Club, is bigger and better! You know, it is really hard to imagine anything better! The moon was full and the fireworks spectacular!
Come on UP the hill and enjoy the cool weather we offer! This is a great fishing week and the perfect time to be on the lake! Oh yes, we have dock rentals available too!

The Department of Fish and Game allows 2 days each season to FISH FOR FREE! Well, yesterday, the Fourth of July was one of them. Did you take advantage of that special offer?
If not, don’t fear the second free fishing day is coming up September 7, 2009! Why not make a reservation with us for that weekend, and hike, ride a bike, BBQ, and fish for free! All angler rules apply, you just don’t need a license!
